If you see the home you are interested in and it is still featured on our site, it IS available, please don't call to see if it is available, calls of this nature due to time constrictions are NOT returned.
If you don't see a home that was previously featured on our site, it means that it is no longer available.
PLEASE do NOT apply if you are unable to pay the reservation fee (security deposit) required at time of approval.
Application fees cover the cost and administration for running individual background and credit checks and are NON Refundable, so ensure that you meet the requirements found under the "Requirements" tab. If more than one application is received, they are processed simultaneously. The most qualified applicant will be approved. It is imperative that any additional requested documents are received within 24 hrs of the date and time the application was submitted or the application will be cancelled if multiple applications have been received.
If the application is submitted on a Sat, Sun or Holiday, the processing will begin on the next business day.
Please note again, once processing has begun, application fees are non-refundable, it is imperative that you read all of the requirements under the "Requirements" Tab on our webpage and submit any additional documents in a timely manner to avoid forfeiting your paid application fee.
